Welcome to Campus Roots! By using our social media app aimed at college students, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service:

Account Registration:

• You must be a college student or faculty member to create an account on Campus Roots.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Conduct:

• You agree not to use Campus Roots for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms of Service.
• You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of Campus Roots or the experiences of other users.

Intellectual Property:

• All content and materials on Campus Roots, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Campus Roots or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content or materials from Campus Roots without prior written consent.

Termination:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Campus Roots at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use Campus Roots will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the app and delete any downloaded materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

• Campus Roots is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that Campus Roots will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability:

• In no event shall Campus Roots or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Campus Roots.

Governing Law:
